Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has made another addition to its Glenpointe campus in Teaneck with the launch of a new 5,300-square-foot flexible workspace concept.
Known as FLEX Powered by Glenpointe, the space has both private offices and dedicated desks, along with a lounge area, a full kitchen, a pool table and shared conference rooms. Users also have access to all of the amenities at the 670,000-square-foot complex at the junction of interstates 80 and 95, including a 26,000-square-foot fitness center, the 22,000-square-foot outdoor amenity space known as The Green and several casual and fine dining restaurants, among other features.
“It is clear that the last two-plus years have forced companies to place a higher premium on flexibility in all aspects of their operations,” said Ryan Sanzari, president of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “With FLEX Powered by Glenpointe, we are providing an opportunity for businesses and individuals to tap into the immersive Glenpointe experience without sacrificing their need for flexibility. We are excited to welcome our FLEX members to the campus and for them to experience all that our premier corporate campus has to offer.”
The offering is the latest update to the firm’s flagship campus, which also has an on-site Starbucks, covered parking and three hotels with a combined 700 rooms. Sanzari has made a host of enhancements in recent years, including the addition of new amenity spaces and dedicated programs to engage tenants.
Glenpointe, which is 12 miles from Midtown Manhattan, also has on-campus bus service.
